Before you come in
Do I need an appointment for eCitizen services?
No. The eCitizen and cyber café counter is walk-in, seven days a week. Bring your ID and supporting documents and we start immediately. For passports and business registration, message us first and we will confirm the exact document list so you only travel once.
What does the computer packages course cover?
Windows basics, file management, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and e-mail, plus online safety. It runs over four weeks with morning, evening and weekend groups, and finishes with a certificate. Schools and church groups get a group rate.
Can I use your mailbox as my business address?
Yes. Mailboxes are issued under our licensed Posta LPO agency, so the address is government-sanctioned and accepted on official and banking forms. You get SMS notification whenever something arrives.
How much is a coworking desk in Bamburi?
Hot desks are sold by the day, week or month; dedicated desks are monthly and include lockable storage. Current rates are on the listings page — and the first day is free if you want to test the internet and the chairs.
Do you support organisations outside Bamburi?
Yes. We cover Mombasa island, Nyali, Kisauni, Shanzu, Mtwapa and Kilifi on site, and support anywhere in Kenya remotely. Travel is quoted upfront, never added afterwards.
What happens if a leased machine fails?
You tell us, and we swap it. Leasing includes support, repair and replacement cover, so a dead laptop is our problem, not a fresh purchase for you.
